Project for Mom

My mom has developed some patterns
for really cute aprons. She needed some
pictures (marketing purposes) so Kevin
took some shots next door at Gardner's
Village (which, coincidentally, has an
amazing quilt shop that is going to get me
in lots of trouble!)

  1. These photos remind me of this 1930's etiquette manual one of my friends had in high school. There was a whole section on how you should stand. If you want to emphasize your slim hips, you stand with your hand on hip, thumb facing down, like in your top picture. Then if you want to accentuate your petite waist, you stand like in your second picture, elbow out, thumb to the back.
    Magnificent, dahling!
